SOCIAL CAPITAL AND MODEL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE A SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY BASED-ECONOMY OF HUAY KAEW SUB-DISTRICT, BUENG NA RANG DISTRICT, PHICHIT PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of this article research were to: 1) study the social capital to role of the model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy of Huay Kaew Sub-district, Bueng Na Rang District, Phichit Province 2) propose guidelines of social capital to the model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy. and 3) to develop a social capital model and a model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy. This research methodology was the qualitative research. key informant by specific method with community leaders, government leaders, community organizations, local scholars, entrepreneurs and people in the community of Huay Kaew Sub-district, Bueng Na Rang District, Phichit Province. key informant a total of 25 people. The tools used in the research were interview form observation. Content analysis and generalization. The results of this research revealed that 1) Social capital to role of the model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy of Huay Kaew Sub-district, Bueng Na Rang District, Phichit Province namely of human capital, social capital, natural capital, financial capital and cultural capital 2) Guidelines of social capital to the model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy including guidelines of forming a group in the community, leading people in the community to join together, communicating and exchanging knowledge with the community, building relationships of communities and network partners and promoting learning of people in the community and 3) The development of social capital model and the model community development to create a sustainable community-based economy namely of social security model creation, economic stability model creation, environmental security model creation and psychological stability model creation.
