PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AND PATTERNS OF PARTICIPATION AFFECTING THE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT OF SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES, NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were to: 1) study the public participation, patterns of participation, and the local development of subdistrict municipalities, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; 2) study the public participation and patterns of participation affecting the local development of subdistrict municipalities, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and 3) study the development guidelines the public participation and patterns of participation for the local development of subdistrict municipalities, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This was the quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research sample consisted of 400 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire, a qualitative research sample of 20 people. is an in-depth interview The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that 1) Public participation that affects the local development of the sub-district municipality, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The overall aspects at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that at a high level on 2 aspects and at a moderate level on 2 aspects and forms of public participation The overall picture is moderate.
