ADMINISTRATIVE EFFECTIVENESS OF PUBLIC HOSPITALS IN NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study level of administrative effectiveness of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima province, 2) to study factors affecting administrative effectiveness of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima province and 3) to propose guideline for the development of the administration of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima province to be more effective and efficient. This research was mix methods. The samples were 400 personnel of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis regression analysis and correlation analysis qualitative research The key informants were personnel of governmen hospitals.  In Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 17 people were used to collect data.  in-depth interview Use a content analysis method The results of the study showed that 1) the effectiveness of government hospital administration in Nakhon Ratchasima Province Overall, it is at a high level.  organization development The average is at a high level.  Good Governance Level of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima Province The overall picture is at a high level.  responsibility principle The average is at the highest level.  and the level of service quality of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima Province Overall, it is at a high level.  sympathetic side 2) The results of the analysis of good governance and service quality revealed that the rule of law and the confidence of customers Affects the effectiveness of the administration of government hospitals in Nakhon Ratchasima Province with statistically significant level of .05.  3) There should be decentralized management powers in accordance with the context of the hospital.
