A LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL SUITABLE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT BACHO DISTRICT NON – FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION CENTRE NARATHIWAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research. 1) Bacho District Non-National Education Center Affiliated with the Office of Non-National Education Narathiwat Province to study the problems and needs of learning management that are consistent with the needs of high school students. 2) To find learning management methods that are compatible with the needs of high school students, the Bacho District Non-National Education Center affiliated with the Office of Non-National Education Narathiwat Province conducted interviews in four areas. 1) Curriculum organization2) Subject matter and learning objectives3) In terms of instructional design methods(4) In terms of measurement and evaluation of learning, a total of 17 people acquire it by choosing a specific The research tool was a semi-structured interview. Analyze the data by analyzing the content. The results showed that high school students were In the Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education, Ba Cho District, there were problems and needs in 4 areas: 1) structure of the curriculum; 2) learning content and standards 3) Methods of learning management 4) Assessment and evaluation of learning.

There are 3 forms of the resulting model: Model 1, a learning method for further education; Model 2, a learning method for career development; and Model 3, a learning method for self-improvement.
