THE DEMAND FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES OF PEOPLE IN BANGLUANG SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY MUNICIPALITY MUANG PATHUMTHANI DISTRICT, PATHUMTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were :1) to study the demand for public health services, 2) to compare  demand for public health services that classified by personal qualification and 3) to propose  demand for public health services of people.The research methodology was a quantitative. The conceptual framework of the study was created using research of  Pathumrat  Rattahnathara. The study population were 6,772 people who lived in municipality area. The sample size was 378 people and determined by Taro were at much levels and 3 aspects were at the most levels as orderly organized from high to low as following: health promotion aspect was at the most level and cleaning aspect, sanitation and environment hygiene aspect, disease prevention and control aspect and medical treatment aspect were at less level. 2 ) Compare demand for public health services that classified by personal qualification , it found that people who lived in Bangluang sub district municipality with different ages, marital status, educational levels and occupations showed no difference on needs in public health service. By people who lived in in Bangluang sub district municipality with different genders, incomes showed needs in public health service with statistically significant level of .05 and 3) Propose people’s needs guideline in public health service in Bangluang  Subdistrict municipality, it found that Bangluang Subdistrict municipality must perform as follows: 1. COVID -19 public relations with documents, 2. Legal knowledge in the Covid-19 era which people must cooperate including Social Distancing 3. Civil servants must have public consciousness.
