DEVELOPING A PROGRAM TO STRENGTHEN LEARNING LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE MAHASARAKHAM

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to 1) study current conditions, desirable conditions, and the needs to strengthen learning leadership of school administrators under the secondary education service area office mahasarakham and 2) develop a program strengthen learning leadership. The research method was divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 was to study current conditions. desirable conditions. and the needs. The samples were 317 school administrators and teachers through stratified random sampling technique and research instrument was scaling questionnaire. phase 2 was to develop a program to Strengthen learning leadership. Passed the program assessment by 5 experts through purposive sampling technique and research instrument was an assessment of appropriateness and feasibility. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and modified priority index. The results showed that; 1) The overall picture of current condition was at mean level the desirable condition overall is at a highest level. The necessity assessment to the development which ordered of the needs assessment from more to less were creativity, Powerful Environment, Team learning, Self - directed learning, The apply technology to the performance, Integrating Pluralism. 2) Program to strengthen learning leadership were consisted of 1)principle 2)objective 3)content 4)development activities and 5)measurement and evaluation. The content consists of 6 modules: Team learning, The apply technology to the performance of management, Powerful Environment, Creativity, Integrating Pluralism and, Self - directed learning. The results of overall program evaluation were high level appropriate and the possibilities are at the highest level.
