FACTORS INFLUENCING LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ DUAL VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AT THE DIPLOMA LEVEL IN EASTERN COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY (E.TECH) USING SISA E - LEARNING SYSTEM

Abstract

          The objectives of this article were to: 1) study the generalities in the students who are studying for dual vocational education at the diploma level in Eastern College of Technology using SISA e - Learning system 2) study the factors influencing the learning achievement of students’ dual vocational education at the diploma level in Eastern College of Technology using SISA e - Learning system. The sample in this research were 1,314 students, who are studying the dual vocational education at the diploma level in Eastern College of Technology using SISA e - Learning system and the sampling technique is random sampling and calculating formulae of Taro Yamane. The research instruments was a questionnaire, which elicited the opinions of students who studying dual vocational education at the diploma level in Eastern College of Technology involving 4 factors influencing the learning achievement; teachers and students, educational college’s supporters, teaching materials, and technology. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were as follows: 1) the generalities of the students who are studying for dual vocational education at the diploma level in Eastern College of Technology using SISA e - Learning system were as the gender is more female than male, majority were graduated the vocational certificate level (Voc. Cert.), the most of students are studying in human resource management and chosen the minor group. 2) the factors influencing the learning achievement of students’ dual vocational certificate in Eastern College of Technology using SISA e - Learning system was found there are 4 factors, firstly educational college’s supporters, secondly, teachers and students, then teaching materials, and the last is technology.
