Abstract

          The objectives of this research article were to: 1) Studying the condition for the development of the Samut Sakhon Municipality teachers for learning management in the 21st century. 2) Creating a model for teacher staff development in Samut Sakhon Municipality for learning management in the 21st century. 3) Experimenting and validating the Samut Sakhon Municipality teacher staff development model for learning management in the 21st century. 4) Evaluating the Samut Sakhon Municipality Teacher Development Model for the 21st Century Learning Management.
