INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT USING COOPERATION BETWEEN PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN BANG BUA THONG DISTRICT, NONTHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

           The objectives of this research article were to study the guidelines of infrastructure development using cooperation between public and private partnership in Bang Bua Thong district, Nonthaburi province. A qualitative research with in - depth interview was used and the key informants were 35 people which including administrators of local government organizations and engage in real estate business in order to consider the facts with analysis, reading, interpretation and conclusions. The finding indicates as follow; The guidelines of infrastructure development using cooperation between public and private partnership in Bang Bua Thong district, Nonthaburi province includes 1) clarity in the goals and objectives of the policy 2) availability and sufficiency of resources 3) knowledge and understanding of workers and 4) the assignment of tasks and assignments affects the effectiveness of joint investment between public and private partnership as well as creating consistent work in order to achieve the goal, including concrete promotion in order to increase competitiveness more quickly and efficiently by using joint investment between public and private. Legal, policy arising from enforcement, the quality of service and the potential of the agency /organization which directly affects the undermining of the problems between the public and private sectors of the infrastructure development in Bang Bua Thong district, Nonthaburi Province. And To organize   a forum to provide space for mobilization of ideas for the need to create cooperation in the infrastructure development in Bang Bua Thong district, Nonthaburi province and give an opinion that it is a common problem and must be solved together by the public and private sectors in order to create a platform for sharing opinions and co - develop a plan to develop cooperation that will lead to sustainability.
