THE GUIDELINE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS, LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE 21ST CENTURY BY APPLYING THE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 33

Abstract

          This research article aims 1) to study the current state and desired condition of teacher’s development in learning management in 21^st Century by using the concept of DLIT PLC in Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 2) to develop teacher’s learning management with the concept of DLIT PLC in Secondary Educational Service Area Office 33 by using Research and Development (R&D), including 2 phrases which are phrase 1, the study of the current state and desired condition of teacher’s development and phrase 2, the development of teacher’s learning management. According to the findings, The study found that the majority of 1) the current state and desired condition of teacher’s development are considered that in general, the current state of teacher’s development is determined as high level arranging in ascending order, Activity Learning Management, Instructional Media, learning Evaluation, The Determined Learning’s objectives, The Use of Learning Management Feedback, The Learners’ Analysis of Learning Management and The Determined Learning Content in 21^st Century respectively. Moreover, In general, the desired condition of teacher’s is on highest level arranging in ascending order as follows, The Determined Learning’s objectives, Learning Evaluation, The Use of Learning Management Feedback, Instructional Media, The Determined Learning Content and The Learners’ Analysis of Learning Management in 21^st Century respectively. 2) It was found that the development of teacher’s learning management by Advisory level persons has the suitability in general at the highest level and has the possibility in general at high level.
