THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROCESSE THAT ENCHANCE LEARING SKILLS IN THE 21st CENTURY OF THE BACHELOR OF POLITICAL SCIENCE PROGRAMS IN GOVERNMENT MAHAMAKUT BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY YASOTHON BUDDHIST COLLAGE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study, analyze, and make suggestions for the development of educational management processes that enhance learning skills in the 21^st century of bachelor degree on political science programs in government of mahamakut buddhist university yasothon buddhist college and using mixed research methods. The quantitative research used a sample of 165 people. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation. And t – test, F – test. If differences were found at statistical significance at the level of 0.05, the differences of mean values were tested in pairs by the method of LS.D. (least – significant different). Qualitative research uses in – depth interviews. There were 25 people who gave information. The result of the research shows that Comments on the development of educational management processes that enhance learning skills in the 21st century.               The overall political science curriculum in 5 aspects is at a high level (  = 4.02) When considered in each aspect, it was found that the morality and ethics had the highest mean (  = 4.16), followed by knowledge ( = 4.13) and interpersonal skills and responsibilities ( = 4.00) The hypothesis testing found that teachers and students of different ages There is an opinion on the development of educational management processes that enhance learning skills in the last century. 21 The Bachelor of Political Science program is significantly different at the level of 0.05. The Suggestions show that teaching and learning should enhance numerical analysis skills. Communication and information technology and English language skills are increasing. And there should be research related to the problems of teaching and learning in the 21st century for those with English language problems and the use of modern information technology
