DEVELOPING A PROGRAM TO STRENGTHEN INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE REGION 1

Abstract
This research article aimed 1) to investigate the current situations, desirable situations and needs of innovative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Sisaket primary Educational service area office region 1, 2) to develop the program to strengthen innovative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Sisaket primary Educational service area office region 1. There was 222 sample consisted of school administrators, teachers who responsible for the head of academic department in school selected by stratified random sampling and 5 experts who evaluated the program. The instruments used to collect data were the questionnaire of current situations, desirable situations and needs of innovative leadership of school administrators and the appropriateness and possibility evaluation forms of the program. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results were shown as follows: the results of the study related to the current situations of innovative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Sisaket primary Educational service area office region 1 shown that overall of the current situations was rated in more level, when considered into each element revealed that all elements were also rated in more level. The desirable situations of innovative leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Sisaket primary Educational service area office region 1 shown that overall was rated in the most level, when considered into each element revealed that all elements were also rated in the most level. The results of development program to strengthen innovative leadership of school administrators in the jurisdiction of Sisaket primary Educational service area office region 1 shown that there were 6 elements comprised of principles, objectives, subjects, contents, procedures, and program evaluation. The contents divided into 3 modules as follows; visioning, creative thinking and creation of innovative organization atmosphere.
