DIGITAL AGE AND GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING LEARNING RESOURCES IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA PHITSANULOK, AREA 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of learning resources management in digital age schools under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to find ways to manage learning sources within digital age schools. Under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 1, consisting of 4 components, namely the plan, the operation of the learning resource management (Do), the examination, review and monitoring of the learning resource management (Check) and Summarizing the report, improving and correcting the management of learning resources (Action). The sample group used in this research is school administrators and teachers. Under the office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 1, 402 persons, using mixed method, quantitative data were collected by questionnaires Qualitative data was used by the focus group method. The research instruments were 5 – level estimation questionnaire and group chat record form The statistics used for data analysis were frequency (ƒ), percentage (%), mean () and standard deviation (S.D.). Analyze the data from Focus Group by analysis. Data synthesis Considering consistency and relationships of data By content analysis to create a guideline for learning resources management within digital age schools Under the Office of Primary Education Area Phitsanulok, Area 1
The result of the research shows that: 1) Conditions of learning resource management in digital age schools Under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 1, all 4 aspects were at a high level. 2) Guidelines for managing learning sources within digital age schools Under the Office of Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area 1, stakeholders should be involved in every step of the process according to the form of PDCA. Promote and support personnel to receive knowledge education. Technology skills in the digital age
