THE GUIDELINES FOR MANAGMENT THE HEALTH OF MONKS – NOVICES IN MUEANG DISTRICT SONGKHLA PROVINCE

Abstract

                The objectives of this article were to: 1) study on guideline for health care management of monk and novice in Muang district, Songkhla province. 2) study on results of guideline for health care management of monk and novice in Muang district, Songkhla province.

                The findings are as follows: 1) The guideline for guideline for health care management of monk and novice in Muang district, Songkhla province by overview is at moderate level for all aspects (  = 3.42) when considered in each domain found the domain of food care is the highest mean ( = 3.48) follow by domain of exercise (  = 3.41) domain of environment and sanitation ( = 3.40) and domain of market and domain of emotion is the lowest mean ( = 3.39) respectively. 2) The result on guideline for health care management of monk and novice in Muang district, Songkhla province found that ; they perceived their health care, full of five groups of food, clean hand every time before eating, caring on nutrition which is not only  healthy but also good emotion, and the limitation of monk is that they just do on walk, watering, cleaning and yoga, eating of monk depending upon others and exercise to be shame for them to do nearby others and not go along with religious rules.
