บทคัดย่อ
การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะความเป็นพลเมืองรู้เท่าทันสื่อ สารสนเทศ และดิจิทัล สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในรายวิชาการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างความเป็นพลเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย ประกอบด้วย 3 ระยะในการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ ช่วงที่ 1 สัปดาห์การเรียนรู้ที่ 1-6 รวม 24 ชั่วโมง เป็นช่วงการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียน โดยเน้นการวิพากษ์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจในมโนทัศน์สำคัญเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา ความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล และประชาธิปไตย ช่วงที่ 2 สัปดาห์ที่ 7 – 13 รวม 28 ชั่วโมง เป็นการเรียนรู้ภาคสนาม และถอดบทเรียนระหว่างปฏิบัติการ โดยใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้ผ่านการทำโครงงานพลเมืองดิจิทัลที่มุ่งเน้นความเป็นธรรมทางสังคมกับโรงเรียนโดยนักศึกษาทำหน้าที่เป็นโค้ชประชาธิปไตย และช่วงที่ 3 สัปดาห์ที่ 14 – 16 รวม 12 ชั่วโมง เป็นการเรียนรู้ในห้องเรียนเพื่อวิพากษ์ประเด็นร่วมสมัยและแนวโน้มของประชาธิปไตยกับสังคมไทยผ่านปรากฏการณ์บนสื่อดิจิทัล โดยการเรียนรู้ทั้ง 3 ช่วง จะถูกจัดการเรียนรู้ผ่านขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นเผชิญสถานการณ์ 2) ขั้นถอดรื้อประสบการณ์ 3) ขั้นเปลี่ยนผ่านด้วยการปฏิบัติ และ 4) ขั้นสะท้อนคิดเพื่อยกระดับกระบวนทัศน์การเรียนรู้ โดยรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้นี้ตั้งอยู่บนแนวคิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นประสบการณ์ และการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง
