The Implementation of the Moral School Project in Schools under the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the implementation of the Moral School Project in educational institutions under the Phatthalung Secondary Educational Service Area Office; (2) to compare the implementation of the Moral School Project among educational institutions classified by age, educational qualification, work experience, and school size, and (3) to synthesize suggestions and guidelines for promoting the Moral School Project in educational institutions.The sample consisted of 270 teachers selected through stratified random sampling according to school size and simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 50-item questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of .895 The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
The findings revealed that:
1) Overall, the implementation of the Moral School Project in educational institutions was at a high level, with the aspect of taking action to achieve the goals of change having the highest mean score. 2) The comparison of variables revealed that teachers with different ages, educational qualifications, work experience, and school sizes did not show significant differences in their opinions toward the implementation of the Moral School Project. 3) Educational institutions should promote awareness and acceptance of the project through continuous meetings, briefings, and public relations activities.
