Transformational Leadership Affecting Organizational Culture in Schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
This research has objectives : 1) to study the level of transformational leadership in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, 2) to study the level of organizational culture in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, and 3) to study the impact of transformational leadership on organizational culture in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 322 school administrators and teachers from schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office during the 2024 academic year. Stratified random sampling was used, based on the Krejcie-Morgan table of criteria for determining the sample size, with districts as strata. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.997. Data analysis involved calculating frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that:
1) the overall level of transformational leadership affecting organizational culture in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office was high. Considering specific dimensions, the highest mean score was in intellectual stimulation, followed by individualized consideration. The lowest mean score was in inspirational motivation. 2) The overall organizational culture in these schools was also at a high level. The highest mean score was for quality, followed by honesty and integrity, while empowerment had the lowest. 3) Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the variables significantly predicting organizational culture at the .01 level were individualized consideration (X4), inspirational motivation (X2), and intellectual stimulation (X3). Together, these three variables were able to predict organizational culture in schools under the Samut Sakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office by 81.60%.
