Factors Affecting the Sustainable Organizational Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) after the COVID-19 Pandemic in Nonthaburi Province.

Abstract

This research has the objective to study the factors affecting the sustainable organizational development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) after the outbreak of the coronavirus disease 2019 in Nonthaburi Province. The sample group used in the research was small and medium business entrepreneurs that is registered as a legal entity in Nonthaburi Province A total of 420 cases were used using                     a multistage random sampling method. Statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. And analyzed multiple regression equations (Multiple Regression Analysis). The research results found that goal setting factors affect organizational development in finance (Adjust R2 = 0.022). Business opportunity seeking factors Affecting organizational development Environmental factors (Adjust R2 = 0.089), but the factors did not affect organizational development. Social aspects and quality management and business efficiency factors affected overall organizational development (Adjust R2 = 0.034) after the situation of the outbreak of the virus infection. Corona 2019 in Nonthaburi Province At least one primary variable influences the dependent variable. This is consistent with the research hypothesis set at statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
