Promoting Academic Administration of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the academic administration promotion of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi classified by educational background, position and school size include the recommendations for promoting academic administration of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi. The samples were 333 school administrators and teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi from Stratified Random Sampling according to school size. The research tool was a 5-level rating questionnaire (Likert Scale) with Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) between 0.67-1.0 and Alpha coefficient is 0.95 and informal interview. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test independent, One-way ANOVA, and content analysis.The research results showed that the academic administration promotion of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 3, Nonthaburi Province, overall, the mean was at a high level. When considered individually, it was found that all aspects were at a high level and have had a similar average. The aspect with the highest average was the promotion of the development of the learning process, followed by the promotion of educational supervision and guidance, evaluation and measurement, the development of internal quality assurance system, and the academic skills and knowledge to the community in order. The results of the comparison showed that the respondents with educational background, position, and school size have no difference in their opinions.
