Factors Affecting Work Performance of Chef in Thailand: A Conceptual Framework of Relation Linear Factors Affecting Performance

Abstract

This article purpose to present the review literature about variables of factors affecting chef performance in Thailand. It covers the concepts of talent management, organizational support, work attitude, career commitment and the concept of career satisfaction. Accordingly, the reviews recapitulate to demonstrate the framework of three factors, include, 1) the factors of talent management, 2) the factors of organizational support and 3) the factors of work attitude. These are relative in linear correlation to demonstrate interstitial variables including career commitment and career satisfaction. Finally, it also represents the conceptual framework of linear factors affecting the variable of performance to study further on chef occupation in Thailand.
