Efficiency of Public-Private Partnership Project for the Care and Safety of Homes and People: Case Study of Ratburana Metropolitan Police Station

Abstract

This research aimed to study and compare the efficiency of public-private partnership project for the care and safety of homes and people: case study of Ratburana Metropolitan Police Station, divided by personal factors. In this research, the sample included 399 residents living in the areas under the responsibilities of Ratburana Metropolitan Police Station. The tool of the research was questionnaire.  The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA.

The research findings revealed that the efficiency of public-private partnership project for the care and safety of homes and people: case study of Ratburana Metropolitan Police Station was overall at high level.  The consideration of each dimension revealed that the average of all dimensions was at high level.  The study was divided into three dimensions namely plan and project implementation, cooperation forged from network, and confidence from duties performed by police officers.  The study findings compared the levels of the efficiency of public-private partnership project for the care and safety of homes and people: case study of Ratburana Metropolitan Police Station, divided by personal status found that gender, age, education, occupation, and average monthly income, there was a difference with the statistical significance at the level of .05.
