The Performance Evaluation of the Police Stations Development Project for People of Police Stations under Nonthaburi Provincial Police Bureau

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study and to compare the performance evaluation of the Police Station Development Project for People of police stations under Nonthaburi Provincial Police Bureau divided by personal status. The sample of this study was 314 Nonthaburi Provincial police officers. The questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistics used in data analysis were; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.
The results of this study indicated that overall performance evaluation of the Police Station Development Project for People of police stations under Nonthaburi Provincial Police Bureau was at a high level. When individual aspects were considered, it was found that all aspects had high mean scores. Three variables were examined including input, process, and output. By comparing personal factors, the samples with different gender, age and education had indifferent opinions on the performance evaluation of the Police Station Development Project for People of police stations. However, there was the difference in work nature with a statistical significance level of .05.
