Effectiveness of Operation of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center Khlong Lan District Kamphaeng Phet Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the effectiveness of operation of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center Khlong Lan District Kamphaeng Phet Province, 2) to study the correlating effectiveness operation factors of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center and, 3) to study the problems and difficulties of the operation of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center. The population included 200 executives, members, officials, babysitters, village headmen, and parents. The data were collected using 5 point rating scale questionnaires and checklist and were statistically analyzed in Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson’s Coefficient Correlation.
The findings revealed as followed; 1) The effectiveness of operation of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center Khlong Lan District Kamphaeng Phet Province was generally found at high level. 2) The administrative and practical policy, environment, staffs, and organization were positively correlated with the effectiveness operation of Pong Nam Ron Sub-District Administrative Organization Child Development Center Khlong Lan District Kamphaeng Phet Province at high level and significance level. 3. The problems and difficulties included insufficiency of babysitters, restricted building, and lack of playground.
