ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี 2) การจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสระบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและครู จังหวัดสระบุรี จำนวน 359 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบการตอบสนองคู่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติแบบบรรยาย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน และการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นอยู่จริงของการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษาภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และ 3) การจัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา ตามการจัดลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม 2) ด้านการสื่อสาร 3) ด้านทักษะชีวิตและอาชีพ 4) ด้านความเป็นพลเมืองดิจิทัล 5) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ตามลำดับ
