Initial Instructions for Authors Submitting Research or Academic Articles for Publication in the Journal of Rattana Bundit University (JRBAC) via the ThaiJO Online System
The key steps and conditions for authors are detailed as follows:
1. Preparation
  • Review Requirements: Authors must thoroughly read the journal's Section Policies and Author Guidelines to correctly format their manuscripts according to the journal's specifications.
  • Submission Readiness Check: The manuscript must not have been previously published elsewhere and must not be currently under consideration by any other journal. Furthermore, the submission file must be in Microsoft Word format only.
2. 5-Step Submission Process
Once the file is prepared (and has passed the initial format check via email), authors must Register to create a system account, or Log in if they already have one. This is required to initiate the submission process on the ThaiJO system, which consists of the following 5 main steps:
  • Step 1: Start – Initiate the submission and review the submission checklist, terms, and ethical conditions.
  • Step 2: Upload Submission – Upload the manuscript file (a Microsoft Word file with all author identities removed to ensure a double-blind peer review).
  • Step 3: Enter Metadata – Enter the detailed information of the manuscript, including all authors' names, article title, abstract, and keywords.
  • Step 4: Upload Supplementary Files – Upload additional files (if any), such as the journal submission form or research ethics approval certificate.
  • Step 5: Confirmation – Review all entered information for accuracy and click to confirm the final submission.
3. Post-Submission Process (Review Process)
  • Peer Review: Your manuscript will be evaluated by at least two subject-matter specialists (Peer Reviewers) via a double-blind review process, where the identities of both authors and reviewers remain anonymous.
  • Revision: If the reviewers recommend revisions, the author must complete and submit the modifications within 2–4 weeks from the date the evaluation results are received.
