ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาของ นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษากับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยนี้เป็น นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นชั้นปีที่ 3 และนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 1,799 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของข้อมูลด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค โดยเฉลี่ยรวมทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .931 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ผลการวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของตัวแปรที่ใช้ใน การวิจัย พบว่า โมเดลการวัดทุกโมเดล มีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และผลการวิเคราะห์โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ พบว่า โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุของการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษามีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ( (78, N=1799) =1155.141,
=.000, CFI=.995, TLI=.991, RMSEA=.023, SRMR=.017) โดยการสำรวจอาชีพมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา (
=.530) ส่วนการสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อการตัดสินใจในการประกอบอาชีพผ่านการเตรียมตัวในการประกอบอาชีพ การสำรวจอาชีพ ความกังวลในการประกอบอาชีพ และ ความมุ่งมั่นในการประกอบอาชีพ (
=.507) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยนี้ทำให้นักวิจัยเข้าใจกระบวนการตัดสินใจประกอบอาชีพอย่างลึกซึ้ง และผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำนโยบาย และผู้บริหารวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดการ วางกลยุทธ์ และอำนวยความสะดวกให้นักเรียนสามารถเปลี่ยนผ่านจากการเรียนไปสู่การทำงานได้ราบรื่นยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงทำความเข้าใจกับช่วงเวลาสำคัญที่นักเรียนได้ทำการตัดสินใจเลือกเรียนวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
