Factors relating to the quality of work life of the employees in organization: A case study of Srithai Enterprise Co., Ltd.

The objective of this study was to investigate the factors related to the quality of work life of the employees in the organization as a case study of Srithai Enterprise Co., Ltd. This research was a quantitative research. The sample group was the staff of Srithai Enterprise Co., Ltd. The simple random sampling method was employed to select 190 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Analyzing data used descriptive statistics including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing used inferential statistics consisted of Pearson's correlation at the statistical significance level of 0.05. The research findings indicated that 1) Srithai Enterprise Company Limited's employees pointed their opinions on the quality of working life with the overall at a high level; 2) results of the hypothesis testing revealed that the internal environmental factors consisted of the organization strategies, organization structures, operation systems, staff, skills, knowledge, ability, management style, and shared values or organizational culture, were positively correlated with the quality of working life of employees in the organization at the 0.05 level of statistical significance.
