Abstract

The objectives are: 1) to study problems related to the performance of teachers, the progress in the work, policy and administration, supervisory control, the adequacy of compensation and welfare and the relationship between colleagues 2) to study guidelines for improving efficiency teacher performance. 3) to study the factors that are important to the performance of teachers. Population is 60 teachers of Panyapiwat Technology College.The statistics are percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing. The results of the research were as follows: 1) the major problem is the teachers of Panyapiwat Technology College who are not satisfied with the sufficiency of compensation and welfare. 2) Guidelines for sufficiency development of compensation and important welfare is Panyapiwat Technology College should have criteria for assessment clear and fair and consider the ability and duties of each individual to be appropriate. 3) factors that contribute to the development of sufficiency of compensation and welfare consists of internal factors, including the line of command, justice, honesty, generosity, in each department, divide the work according to knowledge, ability, and expertise in Panyapiwat Technology College. There is a plan to encourage personnel within the organization to study further research. The external factors such as Panyapiwat Technology College has been accepted and support cooperation from teachers and personnel in the implementation of policies and plans in order to be a guideline for the development of operational efficiency
