360 Degree stimulation video for promote the understanding of the role of CSR for agriculture

Abstract
This research and development aimed: 1) to study about principles, concepts, and theories of 360-degree stimulation video promoting the understanding role of CSR for agriculture, 2) to develop the 360-degree stimulation video promoting the understanding role of CSR for agriculture, 3) to test the understanding role of CSR for agriculture, and 4) to evaluate the audience’s satisfaction in 360-degree stimulation video. The sample group was the agricultural development field students in Faculty of Agricultural Technology King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology, Prince of Songkla Ladkrabang. The research was conducted in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2018 with the amount of 30 students selected by using purposive sampling. There were 3 steps of research as follows: 1) to explore principles, concepts and theories, 2) to product the 360-degree stimulation video, and 3) to measure the understanding of the role of staff relations organization positions and to assess satisfactions after watching the media. The research instruments were used to collect data included: 1) the knowledge and understanding tests 10 questions for 2 sets; and 2) the satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics used in this research consisted of mean, standard deviation, and t-test. The research results showed the understanding of the role of staff relations organization positions that the overall of participants after watching the 360 video were at the higher level than before watching the video (x̄ = 7.20, S.D = 1.75 and x̄ = 3.83, S.D = 2.02, respectively) with differences at the significant level of 0.05. The audience’s satisfaction after watching the media indicated that the overall satisfaction was at a high level (x̄ = 4.09, S.D = 0.77).
