เจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมายเดินอากาศไทยของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมายเดินอากาศไทยของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมระหว่างงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณละเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นเครื่องมือการวิจัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทำการศึกษากฎหมายเดินอากาศไทยเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ 2) เพื่อทำการศึกษาเจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมาย การเดินอากาศไทยของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ และ 3) เพื่อทำการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบเจตคติและ การรับรู้กฎหมายการเดินอากาศไทยของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบระหว่างข้อมูลทั่วไปส่วนบุคคลกับเจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมายการเดินอากาศไทยของประชาชนเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยบั้งไฟ พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างแยกตามเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ประสบการณ์ในการร่วมงาน และการรู้กฎหมายเดินอากาศไทย มีเจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมาย แตกต่างกัน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่อาศัยอยู่ในแต่ละอำเภอ มีเจตคติและการรับรู้กฎหมาย ไม่แตกต่างกัน ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก พบว่า รัฐต้องประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนได้รับทราบกฎหมายเดินอากาศที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบั้งไฟอย่างจริงจังและต่อเนื่อง รวมทั้งบังคับใช้บทลงโทษ อย่างเข้มงวดกับผู้ที่ฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย
