Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the characteristics of Intangible cultural heritage management and characteristics of creative tourism 2) study the scenario of trends composition to intangible cultural heritage management for creative tourism and 3) develop the indicatiors of the intangible cultural heritage management for creative tourism of Chumphon Province. The process had 2 steps: Step 1 used grounded theory method by studying theoretical concepts and document research to obtain information about the characteristics of Intangible cultural heritage management and characteristics of creative tourism. Step 2 used EDFR Future Research Techniques by interviewing 17 experts who had experience to create components and sub-components in developing the indicators in intangible cultural heritage management for creative tourism, Chumphon Province. The study revealed that the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage management for creative tourism from grounded theory method had 11 main components and the study from interviewing experts revealed that there were 9 main-indicators included 1) creative 2) authentic 3) experience 4) participation 5) management 6) knowledge and skill 7) community and network 8) learning process and main indicator 9) Cultural Activity. More over, the study showed that there were 41 sub-indicators in measuring the performance of the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage management for creative tourism
