Abstract

The purpose of this research was to (1) study the morale of employees of the Islamic Bank of Thailand (2) compare the morale of the employees of the Islamic Bank of Thailand Is a survey research (Survey Research) collecting data using questionnaires. From the study, it was found that problems and obstacles occurred.
