บทคัดย่อ

            การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงของแบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุและผลของพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การของครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนระดับมัธยมศึกษาใน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 จำนวน 487 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือคือ แบบสอบถาม ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 5 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ พฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การของครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายสัญญาทางจิตวิทยา การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง การทำงานเป็นทีม และความพึงพอใจในงาน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การของครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ทั้งนี้สัญญาทางจิตวิทยา และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง อธิบายความแปรปรวนในพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การของครูเจเนอเรชั่นวายได้ร้อยละ 74.5 และพบว่าพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์การของครูเจเนอเรชั่นวาย สัญญาทางจิตวิทยา การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองและทีมสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความพึงพอใจในงานของครูได้ร้อยละ 80
