Abstract

This qualitative applied research aimed to explore attitudes and levels of satisfaction of respondents towards the created media. The study employed purposive sampling of subjects 30 senior members from the Elderly Council of Thailand in Bangkok Areas 1 and 2


          According to the findings from the in depth interview by questionnaire and post-talk after the subjects had seen the media, the research subjects were highly satisfied with the content delivered via the 3 types of Aesthetic Media; Traditional Performance, Video Presentation and Portrait Photo media as they gained a better understanding about themselves, as well as inspiration from people seen in the media, and they felt relaxed from watching the media. Apart from the content, they were highly entertained by the traditional performances and the videos while they gained knowledge about mental health and society from the photo content. In addition, the demographic and personal health factors of the research subjects also affected the understanding the content and satisfaction of the Aesthetic media.
