Abstract


Those who are involved with communication study would


understand that some important questions exist in this


field. For example, what would be the most effective ways to


communicate to specific target groups? How do target


audiences react-and possibly society as a whole-after they


receive messages sent in the form of printed media, electronic


media, and other types of media widely used in our everyday


lives. In the past few decades, communication scholars have


been conducting thousands of research projects in order to


find the answers to those questions.
