Abstract

The research objective is to study corporate social responsibility indicators for energy business in Thailand and to find factors reflect the indicators of social responsibility .The methodology divided into 2 parts.1) Qualitative research methods to find a metric for evaluating the performance of energy Social Responsibility and examine factors that influence is a measure of the social responsibility of energy business. The research was conducted to study the documents and information from the interview (In-depth interview) was professional and academic experts, and NGOs and 2) Quantitative research methods, the research survey data from the studied among 400 samples. The results showed that Indicators of corporate social responsibility of energy business in the six key factors of indicators and 49 indicators of corporate social responsibility .The results of the indicators for evaluating the performance of enegy Social Responsibility in the seven components.
