อิทธิพลของท้องถิ่นนิยมและความไว้วางใจในแบรนด์ที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าในร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่นของผู้บริโภค พื้นที่ภาคเหนือประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าในร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่น 2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าในร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่น 3) เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์
การบริหารจัดการร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่น เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยการศึกษาการเชิงปริมาณ
ใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ 9 จังหวัด
ในภาคเหนือ ประเทศไทย จำนวน 450 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติอนุมานด้วยการวิเคราะห์สมการโครงสร้าง จากนั้นผู้วิจัยศึกษาการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้บริหารร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่นที่ประสบความสำเร็จในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือประเทศไทย จำนวน 5 ร้านค้า
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐานของตัวแปร ในการศึกษานี้มีตัวแปรแฝงจำนวน 7 ตัวแปร พบว่าทุกตัวแปรมีภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมอยู่ระหว่าง 4.24 – 4.34 ค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบของตัวแปรสังเกตได้ทุกตัวมากกว่า 0.70 และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 รวมถึงค่าความเชื่อมั่นองค์ประกอบและค่าเฉลี่ยของความแปรปรวนที่สกัดได้ พบว่า
ทุกองค์ประกอบมีค่า CR (rho_a) ระหว่าง 0.844 – 0.934 และค่า AVE ของทุกองค์ประกอบ อยู่ระหว่าง 0.804 - 0.929 โดยปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อ (PD) สูงที่สุด คือ ความตั้งใจซื้อ (PI) รองลงมา คือ ความไว้วางใจ (BT) (TE=0.464) และ ท้องถิ่นนิยม (LC) (TE=0.160) ตามลำดับ โดยท้องถิ่นนิยม (LC) ทัศนคติ (AT) การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (SN) การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม (PBC) และ ความไว้วางใจ (BT) ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความตั้งใจซื้อ (PI) ได้ร้อยละ 85
ส่วนท้องถิ่นนิยม (LC) ความไว้วางใจ (BT) และความตั้งใจซื้อ (PI) ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการตัดสินใจซื้อ (PD) ได้ร้อยละ 84.2 อย่างไรก็ตามถึงแม้ท้องถิ่นนิยม (LC) จะไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อ
การตัดสินใจซื้อ (PD) โดยพบการส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมของท้องถิ่นนิยม (LC) ที่มีความตั้งใจซื้อ (PI) เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านไปยังการตัดสินใจซื้อ (PD) ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.097 และพบการส่งอิทธิพลทางอ้อมของความไว้วางใจ (BT) ที่มีความตั้งใจซื้อ (PI) เป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านไปยังการตัดสินใจซื้อ (PD) ด้วยขนาดอิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.206 โดยกลยุทธ์ในการดำเนินกิจการร้านค้าปลีกท้องถิ่นในภาคเหนือ
มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายธุรกิจอย่างชัดเจน มุ่งเน้นการเติบโตและความยั่งยืน พร้อมผสานเทคโนโลยีและการบริการเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน การจัดการทรัพยากรมีความหลากหลาย
ตามศักยภาพของแต่ละร้าน โดยเริ่มใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ขณะเดียวกันกลยุทธ์การแข่งขันแตกต่างกันไปตามบริบท ทั้งด้านราคา ความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน การบริการ และการใช้ข้อมูล ส่วนการจัดการความเสี่ยงสะท้อนความสามารถในการปรับตัวต่อความไม่แน่นอนด้วยการควบคุมต้นทุน ขยายช่องทาง และปรับกลยุทธ์บริการ นอกจากนี้ ร้านค้าต่างให้ความสำคัญต่อความยั่งยืนในมิติสิ่งแวดล้อม การเติบโต และการสืบทอดกิจการ สุดท้ายมุมมองผู้ประกอบการชี้ว่า ธุรกิจค้าปลีกยุคปัจจุบันต้องการการบริหารจัดการที่เป็นระบบ ควบคู่กับความเข้าใจบริบทท้องถิ่น เพื่อให้สามารถแข่งขันและอยู่รอดในสภาวะตลาดที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
