การสร้างและทดสอบประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรม สำหรับผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหาร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมสำหรับผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหาร และทดสอบประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมดังกล่าว โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบทดลองขั้นต้นตามแผนการทดลอง One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่จำนวน 14 คน ที่สมัครใจเข้าร่วม โปรแกรมพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์เป็นหลัก มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนากรอบความคิดแบบเติบโต ทุนทางจิตวิทยา และการรับรู้โอกาสทางธุรกิจ ซึ่งเป็นปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรม โปรแกรมใช้เวลาดำเนินการ 7 ชั่วโมง เริ่มจากประเมินพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมครั้งที่ 1 แบ่งปันประสบการณ์ บรรยายทฤษฎี จำลองสถานการณ์ อภิปรายกลุ่ม และประเมินครั้งที่สองหลังสิ้นสุดโปรแกรม โดยมอบหมายให้นำไปทดลองปฏิบัติเป็นเวลา 1 เดือน แล้วจึงทำการประเมินครั้งที่สามเพื่อติดตามผล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินคือแบบวัดพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมที่พัฒนาจากแนวคิดของ Matthews and Brueggemann (2015) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลวิจัยพบว่า ระดับพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมของผู้ประกอบการทั้ง 3 ช่วงเวลามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมในการติดตามผลหลังสิ้นสุดโปรแกรม 1 เดือนสูงกว่าทั้งก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมสามารถส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมนวัตกรรมให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล และพฤติกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นมีความคงทนในระดับหนึ่ง
