การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุน-ผลตอบแทนของการผลิตไบโอดีเซลจากกากกาแฟ

บทคัดย่อ
ความต้องการใช้เมล็ดกาแฟเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งในและต่างประเทศส่งผลให้กากกาแฟ
มีปริมาณเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ การนำกากกาแฟมาใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบผลิตเป็นไบโอดีเซลเพื่อทดแทนน้ำมันดีเซลแบบดั้งเดิม นอกจากจะเป็นการลดการร่อยหรอของทรัพยากรฟอสซิลแล้ว ยังเป็นการลดการนำพืชอาหาร (ปาล์มน้ำมัน) มาผลิตเป็นไบโอดีเซลอีกด้วย การศึกษานี้วิเคราะห์ต้นทุน-ผลตอบแทนของโครงการผลิตไบโอดีเซลจากกากกาแฟ ระยะเวลาโครงการ 15 ปี มูลค่าการลงทุน 91.88 ล้านบาท จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าการผลิตไบโอดีเซลจากกากกาแฟมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 4 ปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 95.38 ล้านบาท อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในของโครงการร้อยละ 23 และอัตราส่วนผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุนเท่ากับ 1.53 กล่าวได้ว่าเป็นโครงการที่น่าลงทุน ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจลงทุนโครงการผลิตไบโอดีเซลจากกากกาแฟของโรงงานผลิตกาแฟสำเร็จรูป อันจะสามารถนำไปสู่การพัฒนาเชื้อเพลิงทางเลือกที่ยั่งยืนของประเทศไทย
