บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาระดับของกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด 7Ps พฤติกรรมการเรียน แรงจูงใจ บรรยากาศการเรียน นวัตกรรม ภาพลักษณ์สถาบันและความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทย 2) ศึกษาอิทธิพลของกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด 7 Ps พฤติกรรมการเรียน แรงจูงใจ บรรยากาศการเรียน นวัตกรรม ภาพลักษณ์สถาบันที่มีต่อความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทย 3) สร้างแบบจำลองความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทย งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้จำนวนผู้ปกครองและผู้เรียน จำนวน 500 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป LISREL ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ พบว่า 1) ระดับของกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด 7 Ps พฤติกรรมการเรียน แรงจูงใจ บรรยากาศการเรียน นวัตกรรม ภาพลักษณ์สถาบัน และความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในทุกตัวแปร 2) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทยโดยเรียงความสำคัญจากมากไปน้อย ประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์ ทางการตลาด 7 Ps ภาพลักษณ์สถาบัน นวัตกรรม แรงจูงใจ พฤติกรรมการเรียนและบรรยากาศการเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทยได้ร้อยละ 86 3) แบบจำลองความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทยเป็นโมเดลนวัตกรรมที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น คือ STT Model (The Success of Tutoring Schools in Thailand Model) สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมความสำเร็จให้กับโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทยตามตัวแปรที่ค้นพบ นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพยังพบว่าโมเดลนวัตกรรม STT Model สามารถทำให้เกิดประโยชน์และสามารถสร้างความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนกวดวิชาในประเทศไทย โดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญตัวแปรประจักษ์แต่ละด้านจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ มีภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี มีคุณภาพเป็นที่ยอมรับ อยู่ในความนิยมของผู้เรียน ได้รับความเชื่อมั่นจากผู้เรียน มีผลประกอบการเพิ่มขึ้นและมีฐานลูกค้าที่มั่นคง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกตัว ทำให้โรงเรียนกวดวิชาเป็นที่ยอมรับของผู้เรียนและผู้ปกครอง
