Abstract

The purposes of this study were the micro business development and self-esteem enhancing, the knowledge transfer on the micro business model and enhancing self-esteem and the next phase leading to empirical micro business development and self-esteem enhancing of retirees in industrial at BangPhli District, Samutprakarn Province. The 25 who directly involved of retirees in industrial and 100 of retirees in industrial and the totaled 35 informants of those who promoting and supporting of retirees in industrial were used in quality research . The in-depth interview form , opinion form and focus groups form were a research tools. The content analysis was research for connect to prose and results of micro business development and self-esteem enhancing of retirees in industrial at Bang Phli District, Samutprakarn Province. The research results were found that. The micro business development and self-esteem enhancing of retirees in industrial include the apply that skill, expert and experience at worked in micro business and enhancing self-esteem development funded by the risk knowledge based. The next phase leading to the micro business development and enhancing self-esteem issues to empirical of industrial retirees such as the overall of operation framework development, main structure functional and the development network in for the micro business.
