Abstract
Satisfaction on using serviced laboratory. Users’ serviced were impressed and good relationship. These survey researches purposed were to 1 this study satisfaction and development ways of Veterinary sciences laboratory management. 2. Comparison of satisfaction/ development ways of Veterinary sciences laboratory management between sexes of users serviced. 3. Comparison of satisfaction/ development ways of Veterinary science laboratory management between ages of users serviced. 4. This study of problems and obstacles of using chemicals materials science equipments and laboratory rooms.
Populations were lecturers scientists and 1ststudents to 5th students all samples of 124 persons. This research were reliability (Cronbach ‘s alpha coefficient) of 0.8872 and 0.9435, respectively.
The results found the most of serviced satisfaction was serviced mind smile and friendly. The development way was need convenience fast of serviced. The most of chemicals materials science equipments and laboratory rooms satisfaction science equipments modern. The development way was need overall convenience of using chemicals materials science equipments and laboratory. and the most of place and public utility satisfaction was laboratory sufficiency rooms. The development way was need temperature of laboratory such as heat, Ventilation.
From statistical analysis at level 95% found sexes of users serviced not significant to give scores of satisfaction and Veterinary science laboratory development ways but ages groups of users serviced found significant
Problems obstacles and developments need something (What to say something’s) which all consistently, the most of utility was electricity system water system because of old learning building more than 30 years. Hence its must be increase electricity systems. Water systems were set up pumps for water supplies to learning building on all floors.
