การประเมินร่องรอยคาร์บอนของกระบวนการกระจายสินค้าและวิธีการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก: กรณีศึกษากิจการผลิตเครื่องดื่ม

บทคัดย่อ
ปัญหาการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศทำให้ภาคการขนส่งถูกพิจารณาเป็นแหล่งปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่สำคัญ การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากกระบวนการกระจายสินค้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา และเพื่อศึกษาหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการลดปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากกระบวนการกระจายสินค้า โดยวิเคราะห์ปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกตามแนวทางของ Global Logistics Emissions Council (GLEC) ซึ่งเป็นเครื่องมือการประเมินร่องรอยคาร์บอนที่มุ่งเน้นกระบวนการโซ่อุปทานการขนส่ง และได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากล โดยมีวิธีการเก็บข้อมูล คือ การสังเกตการณ์ในสถานการณ์จริง การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจก และเปรียบเทียบผลลัพธ์จากการดำเนินนโยบายลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัทกรณีศึกษามีการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกจากกระบวนการกระจายสินค้า 105,693.65 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า โดยการกระจายสินค้ารูปแบบกระจายสินค้าสู่ร้านค้าโดยตรงมีการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก 86,974.52 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่าและการกระจายสินค้ารูปแบบการขนส่งตรงแบบผ่านศูนย์กระจายสินค้า มีการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกทั้งสิ้น 18,719.13 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า สำหรับนโยบายลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกทีมีประสิทธิภาพและเหมาะสมกับการดำเนินงานของบริษัทผลิตเครื่องดื่ม คือ นโยบายปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการขนส่งโดยการควบคุมอัตราการบรรทุกและเลือกใช้ยานพาหนะพลังงานไฟฟ้า โดยสามารถลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกได้รวมทั้งสิ้น 19,017.93 กิโลกรัมคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์เทียบเท่า คิดเป็นร้อยละ 21.94 ของปริมาณก๊าซเรือนกระจกก่อนปรับปรุงกระบวนการ
