(Keep up the good work) 4 ปัจจัย คือ ความปลอดภัย (B1) ศักยภาพบริการ (B2) ความสะอาด (B10) และการสื่อสารกับแพทย์ (B15) ขณะที่ปัจจัยต้องปรับปรุงเร่งด่วน (Concentrate here) คือ ที่จอดรถ (B9) สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ด้วย Three-Factor Theory ช่วยจำแนกปัจจัยพื้นฐานที่ต้องปรับปรุงเร่งด่วนเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 6 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ B1 B2 B9 ระบบชำระเงิน (B11) เทคโนโลยี (B12) และการตอบสนองของแพทย์ (B16) เนื่องจากมีความสำคัญสูงแต่ความพึงพอใจต่ำ ส่วนปัจจัยที่ยังคงเป็นจุดแข็งสำคัญ คือ B10 B15 และบรรยากาศที่สร้างความมั่นใจ (B18) การบูรณาการเครื่องมือดังกล่าวช่วยให้ผู้บริหารเข้าใจความคาดหวังที่แท้จริงของผู้ใช้บริการ และสามารถกำหนดกลยุทธ์พัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการเพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันในธุรกิจสุขภาพเชิงป้องกันได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
