การพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันระบบบัญชีบริหารเพื่อจัดการการผลิตตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์

บทคัดย่อ
การยกระดับการดำเนินงานของผู้ประกอบการด้วยเทคโนโลยี ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม เป็นการสร้างความแข็งแกร่งให้เศรษฐกิจฐานรากตามนโยบาย “ไทยแลนด์ 4.0” งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อบริหารงานบัญชีต้นทุนการผลิต (2) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้งานโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน และ (3) เพื่อคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และใช้วงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC) ในกระบวนการพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามจากสมาชิกกลุ่มทอผ้าบ้านเนินมวง 13 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน และผู้ใช้งาน 90 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการออกแบบและพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน “เจ๊มนต์ โหลดแล้วรวย” ซึ่งมี 5 ระบบ คือ (1) ระบบคำนวณต้นทุนผลิตภัณฑ์ (2) ระบบบันทึกการขาย (3) ระบบสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน (4) ระบบสร้างใบเสนอราคา และ (5) ระบบวิเคราะห์จุดคุ้มทุน พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ฟังก์ชันการทำงาน ความสามารถในการใช้งาน และความปลอดภัยอยู่ในระดับมาก นอกจากนี้ ผู้ใช้งานยอมรับว่าโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน ซึ่งได้รับการรับรองการจดลิขสิทธิ์นี้มีคุณภาพสูงในแง่ของระบบการทำงานและข้อมูลที่ได้รับ จึงกลายเป็นเครื่องมืออำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้ประกอบการสามารถคำนวณต้นทุนการผลิต วิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนและจุดคุ้มทุน เพื่อกำหนดราคาขาย และสร้างใบเสนอราคาได้ โดยเชื่อมต่อกับลูกค้าได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา
