ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION STRATEGY FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE NEW NORMAL ERA

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the academic administration strategy for primary schools in the new normal era. This research was future research using Ethnographic Futures Research (EFR). The data collection tools were unstructured interviews. Data were collected by interviewing 17 experts using the purposive selection technique of experts according to specified criteria. Analyze data using content analysis and write descriptive narratives.

          The results of the research were as follows the academic administration strategy for a primary school in the new normal era consisted of 4 strategies; 1) Policy and academic planning in the era of change strategies 2) Development of skills and competencies of personnel in the new normal era strategies 3) Innovation and digital technology media strategies and 4) Learning networks to support change strategies.
