Abstract

ABTRACT

          The objectives of this research are 1) To analyze the conditions, problems and obstacles related to the modern organizational management of Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, 2) To study the factors affecting the modern organizational management of Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, and 3) To create guidelines. in the management of the modern organization of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization is quantitative research. The samples used in the research were: People in Samut Songkhram Province, totaling 400 people. The research tool was a questionnaire created by studying documents. Data were analyzed using a software program for social science research. By presenting a table using mean (Mean) and standard deviation (S.D.) statistics and multiple regression using the Multiple Regression Stepwise Analysis method.

          The research found that

          Problems related to organizational management in the new era of Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, the overall initial variables in all aspects were at a moderate level ( =3.09 S.D.=0.89), ranked in descending order as follows: Technology, Planning, Performance, Management, Method of work and Personnel, respectively.

          Factors affecting organizational management in the new era of Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization, dependent variables, overall, all aspects were at the moderate level ( =3.07 S.D.=0.98), ranked in descending order as follows: Promotion, Satisfaction and Services, respectively.

          Guidelines for managing the organization in the new era of the Samut Songkhram Provincial Administrative Organization should be prepared to divide the work performance of the organization. collect resources There are discussions and coordination with relevant agencies to analyze factors that are beneficial to the administration. and set clear objectives and goals.
