INTEGRATED HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT APPROACH OF MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING BUSINESS BY SMART WALLET SYSTEM INNOVATION IN THAILAND

This research had two objectives, the first objective was to study the integrated human capital management of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business by Smart Wallet System Innovation, and the second objective was to develop the integrated human capital management approach of MLM business by smart wallet system innovation in Thailand.
This research used a qualitative method as a methodology consisting of in-depth interviews, documents analysis, thematic analysis, content analysis and focus group. The result showed that the human capital management of the MLM business in Thailand that should be considered in 5 aspects: Entrepreneur, Product, Compensation Plan, Network of MLM business member and Customers. As for the integrated human capital management approach of MLM business with smart wallet system Innovation in Thailand consists of 7 steps; The first step, creating a good attitude of the customer to MLM business by smart wallet system innovation; the second step, building important financial and non-financial motivations and using smart wallet system innovation to drive the business of the company; the third step, products of the company being applied to pull and push strategies; the fourth step, commission plans of MLM business by smart wallet system innovation to motivate all members; the fifth step, focusing on customers centric; the sixth step, applying customer relationship management for smart wallet system innovation; and the seventh step, developing smart wallet system innovation for the future technology.
