The purpose of this article is to study the components and indicators of university management towards excellence at Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. The higher education institutions play an important role in promoting and supporting the development of human resources of the nation, providing knowledge and ability to drive the economy to progress. Therefore, education management must respond to the National Economic and Social Development Plan, the National Education Plan, and the National Higher Education Plan. Higher education institutions should be encouraged to have quality and efficient management systems. To provide higher education management with quality and standards comparable to other civilized countries can build the ability to compete at the internationallevel.
