The management of anger in daily life according to the Buddhist Dhamma, namely Mindfulness, Khanti and Metta, consisted of Yonisomanasikara. The process is started when anger appears must be conscious that they are angry and considerate (Yonisomanasikara) regarding the advantages and disadvantages of anger. The Khanti is not to be angry, or try not to get angry. Metta is a wishful thinking towards those who make them angry. By this way, the anger can be calmed or temporarily suppressed. The mindfulness training is a way to control, relieve, and get rid of anger. Although they are not able to completely get rid of anger but they have daily life with less suffering.
